Dear Parent or Guardian,

Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District Food Services will implement the e~Funds for Schools ‘payment on-line’ system at designated schools in the district starting December 1, 2008. Throughout the 2008-2009 school year additional school sites will have this payment on line option.

The e~Funds for Schools payment on line system works in connection with the current computerized Meal Time system. All PYLUSD students have a permanent student identification number used throughout the student’s enrollment in the district. This permanent Student ID number needs to be used to register for on-line payments. Call or e-mail Food Services using the Food Services web page for assistance in confirming your child’s district permanent student ID number.

e~Funds for Schools – Offers parents the flexibility to pay using the internet at anytime.

By using the PYLUSD district’s Food Services website, you can make payments for one or more students attending the same or different schools of Placentia Yorba Linda USD.

While on the district’s Food Services webpage under Prepayment Options, click on the ‘On Line Payments’ icon to register. No payments will be allowed without your knowledge and authorization through this secure payment system. Each time that a payment is processed a payment notification is sent to you verifying the student’s name, purpose of the payment, and the dollar amount per individual student. The e~Funds for Schools fee is $1.00 per household transaction with an additional 1.99% processing fee for credit card purchases.
